Poopons Disclaimer

Scoopa "Poopon" Terms, Conditions and Definitions:

• Service area is limited to Frisco, McKinney (west of 75), Plano (west of 75), Allen (west of 75), and Prosper, TX.
• You must activate your "Poopon" before the expiration date shown and continuous service must begin within 30 days after the expiration date shown.
• Service day of the week will be decided in accordance with Scoopa da Poopa scheduling.
• Official Scoopa "Poopon" must be surrendered to Scoopa da Poopa when making payment.
• Pet waste is double-bagged and placed in customers residential trash container unless "haul-away" service is ordered and paid for separately.
• Scoopa da Poopa reserves the right to deny service to a customer if an aggressive pet(s) prohibits us from performing our pet waste clean-up services.
• "Month" equals 4 consecutive weeks per month, 1 visit per week, maximum 15 minutes per visit.
• "Visit" equals maximum 15 minutes per visit and shall occur one per week consecutively.
• "Dollars" equals stated dollar amount applied to invoice and acts like a cash payment.
• "Percent Off" equals stated percent off of current published prices on Scoopa da Poopa web-site for a period of one year beginning with the date of first service.
• "Activate" means to contact Scoopa da Poopa to place your order for service.
