Entries close on the last day of each month. Drawings will occur
on the first day of the following month. Only valid entries submitted
by the last day of each month will be placed in the “hat” for
the prize drawing on the first day of the following month.
Only entries that are complete with name and working e-mail address
will be considered valid.
Entry to the contest is valid from the “1 Free Month of
Poop-Scooping” window of the Scoopa da Poopa web-site only.
Service area is limited
to Frisco, McKinney (west of 75), Plano (west of 75), Allen (west
of 75), and Prosper, Texas.
Scoopa da Poopa reserves the right to draw an alternate contest
winner if the original drawn winner is outside the service area
defined above.
Contest entries from outside of the service area defined above
are not valid.
Service day of the week will be decided in accordance with Scoopa
da Poopa scheduling.
Pet waste is double-bagged and placed in customer’s residential
trash container unless "haul-away" service is ordered,
and paid for, separately.
Scoopa da Poopa reserves the right to deny service to a customer
if an aggressive pet(s) prohibits us from performing our pet waste
clean-up services. In such case, no alternate compensation is granted
to the contest winner.
"Month" equals 4 consecutive weeks per month, 1 visit
per week, maximum 15 minutes/visit.
Scoopa da Poopa will notify contest winners via e-mail. Service
to contest winner must begin within 30-days upon notification.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other
offers or discounts. Prize is valid for new customers only. Prize
has no cash value.
By submitting their entry to the contest, each winner agrees to
allow Scoopa da Poopa personnel to enter their property to perform
pet waste clean-up services. If the contest winner owns a pet that
has a history of aggressive behavior with strangers, it is the
contest winners’ responsibility to advise Scoopa da Poopa
of this potential danger so that arrangements can be made to have
the pet safely secured on service days.
